Description:

Clearwater Analytics is looking for a Data Flow Engineer to join their team in Noida. This role is all about building and managing data connections, validating and transforming data, and driving improvements in automated reconciliation processes. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless client onboarding and reliable data delivery.

As a Data Flow Engineer, you will:

• Import and validate new client file deliveries.
• Automate daily process monitoring and reporting.
• Work with APIs and FTPs to establish secure and efficient connections.
• Standardize incoming datasets into Clearwater’s internal format.
• Identify opportunities to enhance automation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to implement system improvements.
• Communicate technical workflows and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in light on-call support when needed.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Relational Databases, Groovy, Perl, Python, Data Transmission Protocols (APIs, FTP), Microsoft Office, Data Validation, Automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of securities, accounting, or financial data processes.
• Strong SQL and relational database understanding.
• Experience in scripting languages like Groovy, Perl, or Python.
• Good understanding of data transmission protocols.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and provide effective solutions.
